GULLS TO GET GOALS SAYS KNILL
TORQUAY boss Alan Knill believes he has the perfect mix in attack after snapping up powerful centre-forward Karl Hawley and youngster Callum Ball.
Hawley has signed as a free agent and Ball has joined on a youth loan from Derby and along with Elliot Benyon and Ashley Yeoman, Knill believes he has potent options up front.
“Together with Elliot and Ashley, it gives us four strikers, which I’m delighted with,” Knill said.
“I know Karl really well, he’s always scored goals in and I like him because he’s a proper man. Nigel Clough and Derby felt it was a good move for Callum and he felt it was a good move himself.”
