JOHNSON: GIVE ANDY A BREAK

YEOVIL boss Gary Johnson has urged Glovers fans to forgive and forget after welcoming back Andy Williams on a season-long loan.

Williams, 27, left the club for Swindon last summer before Yeovil’s promotion – a move that upset some of the Huish Park faithful – but Johnson believes they should not judge the striker for the decision.

“I'm sure the odd one or two fans may have felt aggrieved that Andy left to join Swindon but he felt it was the right move for him at the time,” he said.

“We understood his decision and these sorts of decisions often happen in football, but we are delighted he is back with us.”
