BETTINELLI STAYS ON AT STANLEY
ACCRINGTON’S survival fight has received a huge boost after they secured the services of goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli for the rest of the season.
The 21-year-old has been a key figure at Stanley this term, having spent the majority of the season with James Beattie’s men from Fulham.
Bettinelli has been tipped for big things by Beattie and he’s thrilled to have him on board.
“To have a goalkeeper of Marcus’ calibre is great for us.”
Bettinelli added: “I’m really enjoying my time here and being part of a great group of lads with a fantastic work ethic.”
