KEVIN ROBINSON – BURNLEY
IF TUESDAY night’s goalless draw against Brighton was a defensive masterclass, this was a lesson on how to get it right at the other end.
The way we lost our three goals – two errors from corners and a slip from Ben Mee – hurt, but that’s more than made up for by the true class of ours. Danny Ings played one of his best ever games – and strike partner Sam Vokes – between them nicknamed #Vings – added two to make it 37 for the season. Sean Dyche’s subs still look too reactive than proactive though.
