POOLS TO GIVE TRIAL TO DEACEY
JACK BALDWIN’S departure may have left a gaping hole at Hartlepool but that could soon be plugged – by a NonLeague trialist.
Jordan Deacey, a 19-yearold attacking midfielder who plays for Bradford Park Avenue, has been training with Pools, and boss Colin Cooper believes he could help the club get over the loss of Baldwin to Peterborough.
“I have had conversations with Jordan and his father and I like what Jordan can do,” said Cooper.
“We will just have to see but obviously what happened with Jack has presented us with an opportunity if we want to bring another one or two in.”
