JOE TURNER – WIGAN

The Football League Paper - - CHAMPIONSHIP -

AWFUL performance, but who cares! It seems the knack of winning is back with us – a gritty performance against a Leeds side who just wanted to scrap rather than play football.

Play-offs have moved into more of a probability than possibility now. Uwe normally gets a cracking response after poor performances, so bring on Millwall.

I was pleased to see Martyn Waghorn score again, too. He’s quickly become one of my favourite players this season – he just seems to give that extra work-rate. I hope he’s a success.
