RANGERS SET FOR DOYLE RETURN
QPR have received a boost as they gear up for the play-offs with the news striker Kevin Doyle has won his battle to play again this season.
Doyle, who is on-loan from Wolves, has been sidelined by a knee injury since the 2-0 win at Birmingham City on March 8.
He broke down in training when attempting to make his return and there had been fears his season was over.
He has been having treatment back at Wolves and will return to Rangers next week after getting a clean bill of health.
Wolves’ manager Kenny Jackett said: “Kevin is good and planning on going back to QPR next week.
“I am sure that he will be very pleased that he is fit and available and at some stage soon he will be back playing.
“He will be available to play for them in the play-offs as well.”
