NOBLE SAYS DRESSING ROOM
LIAM Noble is among a host of players out of contract at relegation-threatened Carlisle in the summer but the midfielder insists there’s been no talk of deserting the sinking ship.
Carlisle looked to be getting a vital three points on Good Friday as they led for most of the clash with Walsall after Noble’s strike hit a post and found the net off the back of goalkeeper Richard O’Donnell.
Noble hit the bar after the break too but with eight min- utes left Michael Ngoo headed home a corner for his first Walsall goal to break Carlisle hearts. The Cumbrians have now won just once in 11 games and still find themselves two points off safety, but midfielder Noble insists the dressing room is united and ready to fight together against Peterborough tomorrow.
