SCOTT OUT FOR BEES’ SEASON
SCOTT HOGAN is determined to return from his season-ending knee injury better than ever, according to Brentford physio Neil Greig.
The striker, who joined from Rochdale in the summer, faces reconstructive surgery this week after damaging the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
Greig said: “Timescales for Scott’s return are loose at this stage but on average, the recovery from this type of injury is around nine months.
“Scott’s injury will require some careful management. We have a young and talented player who has already demonstrated a positive attitude and determination to return better than ever.”
