ROVER RYAN’S CHIPPING AWAY

The Football League Paper - - LEAGUE TWO RESULTS -

BLACKBURN loanee Ryan Tunnicliffe is determined to get his career back on track at Ewood Park following an unhappy eight months at Fulham.

The 21-year-old was brought to Craven Cottage in January by his former Manchester United coach Rene Meulensteen, but fell out of favour after the Dutchman’s dismissal two months later.

And after an unsuccessful loan spell at nearby Wigan, Tunni- cliffe hopes the move to Blackburn will convince everyone of his talents.

“It’s been tough,” said Tunnicliffe. “Hopefully I can show everyone how good I am – I’ve got a bit of a chip on my shoulder as it has not worked out for me at Wigan or Fulham.

“I say chip on my shoulder because I feel people are probably sat there saying,‘He’s not that good or whatever’, so the plan is to come here and show how good I am.”
