LENNON READY FOR HIS RETURN
FORMER Celtic boss Neil Lennon has admitted he is interested in the vacant manager’s jobs at both Cardiff City and Fulham.
Lennon has emerged as the favourite for the job at Cardiff and has also been linked with Fulham.
He said:“They are two excellent clubs.Would I be interested in managing either of them? Of course I would.
“I'm enjoying what I am doing at the moment but I want to get back into management and both clubs would appeal to me.
“I want a new challenge. I had a great challenge for four years at Celtic but I felt I had come to the end of the cycle there. I’m hoping to be in work sooner rather than later.
“I had four years in a goldfish bowl and it gets very intense. I have enjoyed the break, even though I didn't think I would.”
After Ole Gunnar Solskjaer resigned on Thursday, Cardiff have been drawing up a shortlist headed by Lennon.
Fulham are also on the look out for a new manager following the departure of Felix Magath after their 5-3 defeat to Nottingham Forest on Wednesday kept them deep in trouble at the bottom.
