NOBLE NOD TO GRECIAN GRADUATES
DAVID NOBLE has spoken of his delight at returning to Exeter City – and how he believes the club is even stronger than when he left.
The former Exeter skipper has gone back to St James’ Park, where he enjoyed a two-year spell from 2010-12, on loan from Oldham Athletic.
With resources scarce at Exeter, the club’s young players have been given greater responsibility, and Noble has noticed the difference.
He said:“There were a few in the academy when I was here, they’re still young kids, but they are very good players. They’ve come on leaps and bounds during the two years that I’ve been gone.”
