SIMPSON WOE HITS SAUNDERS
STRICKEN midfielder Josh Simpson is set for up to another month on the sidelines after suffering a fresh hamstring problem.
The 28-year-old has not played since November 8, in which time Crawley have failed to register a single victory and sunk to the bottom of the League One table.
And interim manager Dean Saunders admits his extended absence is becoming a cause for concern.
Saunders said: “Josh is out for another three or four weeks. He’s had a setback and we can’t get to the bottom of the problem. It is the other leg this time so he is struggling.”
