O’GRADY’S BRIGHT-ON FUTURE...
CHRIS O’Grady has vowed to justify the £2m fee Brighton paid Barnsley for his services after manager Chris Hughton backed him following an indifferent start to life on the south coast.
The forward was sent out on loan to Sheffield United before Christmas but was recalled when Sami Hyypia resigned and struck in FA Cup ties against Brentford and Arsenal.
“I’ve succeeded at all the clubs I’ve been at in the past five years, which has led me to be here,” said the 29-yearold. “Failure is not really an option. You have to work as hard as possible to succeed.
“My family is here.We are settled. The kids are in school and happy.”
