HATTERS IN SWOOP FOR ELLIOT
LUTON Town boss John Still says new loan signing Elliot Lee comes from the right footballing stock after signing up the 20-year-old on a one-month loan.
The striker, who joins from West Ham, is the son of former England international Rob Lee and came through their youth ranks before making his Premier League debut in August 2013.
“I’ve known Elliot for a long while, his brother Oliver was with me at Dagenham & Redbridge,” said Still. “I know his dad Rob, who was an excellent player – they’re local to me so we’ve had our eye on him for a while.
“He’s a fox in the box, with a good goalscoring record so we’re hoping he’ll bring more goals to the team.”
