The Football League Paper - - LEAGUE ONE -

MK Dons and Posh have enjoyed a healthy rivalry over the last decade as they’ve battled it out for promotions from Leagues One and Two.

Posh have boasted the bragging rights in more recent years thanks to brief stints in the Championship though.

But it looks as if the tide is swaying in MK’s favour this season.

Karl Robinson’s side were in unforgiving mood in this latest battle between the two sides, and the Dons boss wasted no time in milking the post-match celebration with his fans inside stadiummk.

Peterborough looked second best throughout and they struggled to make any advances in the final third, which will concern Darren Ferguson.

And Ferguson will be equally disappointed with his side’s defensive display too.

Dons were able to carve lumps out of the Posh back four.

This is shaping up to be a year to remember in the short history of MK Dons.
