BEES LAND LEICESTER’S LIAM AGAIN

-

BRENTFORD’s defensive line has been bolstered by the arrival of Liam Moore on loan from Leicester until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old made seven appearances for the Bees during a previous loan spell in 2013, but he has featured only twice since the turn of the year for his parent club.

Brentford boss Mark Warburton hopes Moore’s arrival can provide depth to his promotion-chasing squad.

“We were very aware that we were exposed to injury and lack of cover in the central defensive position,” he said. “Liam will be a welcome addition and adds real competition for places as we enter the final stretch of what has been a good season so far.”
