HUGS ALL ROUND AT TRANMERE
TRANMERE Rovers manager Micky Adams has revealed his delight after bringing in Preston’s Jordan Hugill on a month-long loan.
Hugill, 22, who has not played for North End since September, has been brought in as an emergency replacement for injured striker Cole Stockton.
Hugill has history with Adams, having been handed his professional debut by the Tranmere boss during their time together at Port Vale.
Adams said:“He’s a big, strong lad. He’s a goal scorer and, with Cole Stockton unavailable, is someone who will add to our options.
“I’d like to thank Preston North End for letting Jordan join us for a month.”
