YORKSHIRE CROWN FOR OWLS?
SHEFFIELD Wednesday boss Stuart Gray has vowed to go on an all-out attack to secure the Owls the ‘pride of Yorkshire’ tag come the end of the season.
Wednesday look unlikely to make a late play-off dash, but with local rivals Leeds, Huddersfield and Rotherham also in action, Gray intends to come out on top.
“The players have the challenge of beating the points total of last season,” Grays said. “They also have the challenge of being the highest finishing Yorkshire team in the league as well.
“If that means going for it, we’ll go for it.”
