The Football League Paper - - LEAGUE TWO - By Joshua Richards

AARON Tshibola is adamant Hartlepool’s recent turnaround in form is down to the attitude of manager Ronnie Moore.

The 20-year-old midfielder joined on loan from Reading in January and has been impressed by Pools boss Moore so far.

Hartlepool are still rooted to the foot of the League Two table but recent wins against Morecambe and Oxford have lifted spirits.

And Tshibola is under no illusions as to who was behind the upturn.

“The manager is very direct and honest, he is genuine and what you see is what you get – that is what I like about him,” Tshibola said. “He is very approachable too – like all of the staff here.

“That has made me feel very comfortable and I have enjoyed playing under him here.

“I don’t think you can set targets for the rest of the season – it is more the next game as it comes.

“We work on things in training for every upcoming game, but there is no real target aside from staying up.

“I think it is important that we get our head around the full week of training and that game and knowing how we will play and how the opposition play.”

IMPRESSED: Aaron Tshibola
