NEIL’S PLAN TO CRASH THE PARTY
BOLTON manager Neil Lennon hopes to rain on Bournemouth’s parade after their fixture, scheduled for the penultimate weekend of the season, was moved back two days for television to potentially capture a promotion party.
The free-scoring Cherries could, in theory, cement their place in the top two in the final game set to be played at Dean Court this season. But Lennon has other ideas.
“We have to be as professional as we can,” he said.
“They have put the game against Bournemouth on a Monday night and if they think we’re going to go there and play second fiddle to anyone, they’d better think again.”
