OX­FORD’S CON­CERN AT FIG­URES

OX­FORD UNITED have re­ported an­nual losses of more than £1.4m in the year end­ing June 2014 – a £300,000 in­crease on the pre­vi­ous 12 months.

Ac­counts pub­lished on Thurs­day showed a to­tal loss of £1,449,359, cov­ered by par­ent com­pany Wood­stock Part­ners Limited, whose out­stand­ing loan to the U’s went up from £6.1m to £7.5m.

The fig­ures do how­ever, end a week be­fore Ian Le­na­gan sold a stake in Ox­ford to Dar­ryl Eales, who took over as chair­man.
