CURLE REFUSES TO PANIC AFTER

The Football League Paper - - LEAGUE TWO - By Matt Hill

CARLISLE boss Keith Curle is convinced a big result is just around the corner for his side after they were forced to settle for a comeback point against a resilient AFC Wimbledon at Brunton Park.

The Cumbrians are still searching for their first win of this league campaign, and had star marksmen Jabo Ibehre to thank after his seventh strike in five games cancelled out Andy Barcham’s goal to share the spoils.

But Curle is refusing to push the panic button in search of a first victory.

“I know that the way we are playing, and the personnel we have in that dressing room, a win is coming,” he said.

“It certainly isn’t a monkey on our backs.

“It needs to come sooner rather than later, but I know it’s going to. Someone is going to be end of a 4-0 or 5-0 once everything clicks.
