The Football League Paper - - LEAGUE ONE - By Colin Henrys

PHIL Parkinson rued his Bradford side’s misfortune at Fleetwood after an offside flag denied them a stoppagetime winner.

Lee Evans’ last-minute free-kick went straight in from distance, only for the linesman to rule an offside player interfered with goalkeeper Chris Maxwell’s view.

And having earlier seen Devante Cole hit the post, after James Hanson cancelled out Jimmy Ryan’s freak opener, Parkinson felt his side had done enough to claim all three points.

“I think the linesman was too eager. He couldn’t wait to get the flag up,” he said of the offside decision. “I just feel a lot of 50/50 decisions went against us, which you sometimes get away from home. And to be honest when I saw the offside flag go up I wasn’t surprised.

“I thought we did enough to win that game. We didn’t manage the conditions well
