GREAT SCOTT’S DERBY DELIGHT
GUY Luzon has become the latest Championship managerial casualty after Charlton swung the axe in the aftermath of yesterday’s 3-0 home defeat by Brentford.
The Addicks had failed to win in the league since beating Hull in August, a run of nine games without a victory.
Luzon took the reins in January and guided the Addicks to 12th place last term, but they’re now in the drop zone.
Brentford (Marinus Dijkhuizen), Rotherham (Steve Evans) and Leeds (Uwe Rosler) have already parted company with their bosses in the Championship this season.
