FOULDS IS OFF TO EVERTON
BURY’S teenage starlet Matthew Foulds is Premier League bound after wrapping up his dream move to Everton.
The Shakers agreed a deal with Everton for their academy graduate in November and the 17-yearold defender became a Toffees players for an undisclosed fee when the transfer window reopened yesterday.
Foulds played just twice for Bury – as a substitute in a 4-1 home League Cup defeat against Leicester in August and as a starter in a 2-1 win at Accrington Stanley in the Johnstone’s Paint Tropy in September.
But he had already been marked out as one to watch.
