YEOVIL TOWN boss Dar­ren Way felt let down by his play­ers for the first time since tak­ing over af­ter they al­lowed More­cambe to hit back from a goal down to claim vic­tory.

In snowy con­di­tions at the Globe Arena, the Glovers went ahead in the se­cond half when Dar­ren Ward headed in from a Jack Comp­ton cor­ner. But just five min­utes later Kevin El­li­son equalised from ten yards and then Shaun Miller sprinted clear to score the win­ner with ten min­utes re­main­ing.

Way said: “I see that as a mas­sive missed op­por­tu­nity and we’ve only got our­selves to blame for the fact that we didn’t get any­thing from the game.

“It’s very dis­ap­point­ing and and it’s the first time I’ve felt let down as a man­ager. I cer­tainly hope the play­ers feel that they’ve let them­selves down. I feel that in­di­vid­u­als didn’t per­form as they can and they need to ask
