WAY’S FRUSTRATED AND ADMITS

YEOVIL TOWN boss Darren Way felt let down by his players for the first time since taking over after they allowed Morecambe to hit back from a goal down to claim victory.

In snowy conditions at the Globe Arena, the Glovers went ahead in the second half when Darren Ward headed in from a Jack Compton corner. But just five minutes later Kevin Ellison equalised from ten yards and then Shaun Miller sprinted clear to score the winner with ten minutes remaining.

Way said: “I see that as a massive missed opportunit­y and we’ve only got ourselves to blame for the fact that we didn’t get anything from the game.

“It’s very disappoint­ing and and it’s the first time I’ve felt let down as a manager. I certainly hope the players feel that they’ve let themselves down. I feel that individual­s didn’t perform as they can and they need to ask
