CHARLTON LOSSES BEING CUT
CHARLTON chief executive Katrien Meire has moved to reassure supporters theclub is working hard to balance the books after reporting losses of £3.78m for the year ending June 2015.
Meire has been the subject of protests from supporters unhappy with the running of the club.
But the losses have been trimmed by almost £2m in 12 months and Meire says that pattern will continue.
The Belgian said:“It is the board’s strategy to continue to reduce these levels of losses over time and move towards a break-even position, while remaining highly competitive in the Championship.”
