MILLERS TIE UP YATES
JERRY YATES is looking to force his way into the Rotherham United first team after the striker put pen to paper on a new two-year deal.
The 19-year-old is a product of the Millers’ academy and has been on the bench for the first team on a number of occasions, though he is yet to make an appearance this season.
“I am delighted to have been given this opportunity,” Yates said.“I am really looking forward to my future here, and hopefully I can now start to push on and, over the course of next season, start to force my way into the team.
“The manager and the staff have been a big help to me in training. My personal aim now is to get more experience and keep working hard on my game.”
