CAMBRIDGE United boss Shaun Derry concedes his stuttering team are currently short-changing the supporters.

The U’s went into the weekend at the foot of the EFL, still awaiting their first victory and with just three points on the board.

And Derry, 38, knows that’s not good enough.

“It’s as clear as day, we’ve got a football club that’s expecting more and I fully accept that,” said the former QPR midfielder.

“I understand that, for support to be heard, fans want to be looking at a performance level that’s high, that’s the pressure that we’ve got.”
