TWARDEK SET FOR A LOAN

The Football League Paper - - LEAGUE TWO RESULTS -

KRIS Twardek has suggested he may have to seek a loan move away from Millwall in order to get regular first-team football.

The 19-year-old winger made his Lions bow against West Brom in the EFL Cup, but since their exit against Wycombe, first-team opportunities have been hard to come by.

“Given the right opportunity and everything being permitted by the club I’d definitely be interested,” Twardek said.

“You have to leave it up to the manager and the club, but you do have to take steps yourself.

“I speak to (manager Neil Harris) quite often and we’re clear the next step is getting games.”
