BRADFORD SUITS ME – GILLIEAD
ALEX Gilliead is confident the Bradford City style will suit his game after agreeing to join the club on loan from Newcastle United until the end of the season.
The winger, 20, trained with the squad for the first time on Thursday having spent the early part of the campaign with Luton Town.
“The team’s style seems to suit me. They like to get the ball wide and get crosses into the box, and that is what I am all about really,” he said.
“I like to get on the ball, run with it, and get at defenders one-on-one. I try to get crosses in and chip in with the odd goal.”
