‘HORRIBLE’ AT DONNY
DONCASTER look set for promotion this term and manager Darren Ferguson believes a turnaround in home form has been the main driving factor.
Rovers went into yesterday’s game against Cheltenham with the only unbeaten home record in the division, with 11 wins and six draws.
Ferguson said: “A lot of teams would come here and think ‘well, this is a nice place, with a lovely, good pitch and stadium’.
“We had to turn it into a horrible place and that is what we have managed to do most of the time.”
