BATTLING VALE IN DOUBLE SWOOP
PORT Vale have boosted their squad for the endof-season run-in with a couple of experienced defenders.
Ryan Taylor left relegation-threatened Vale at the end of his short-term deal in January, but has now signed until the end of the season.
After re-signing on Friday, the 32-year-old exNewcastle man made a dream return to Vale colours that night with a goal and an assist in his side’s vital 2-1 win against Shrewsbury.
Meanwhile, Vale have also signed Andre Bikey on a deal until the end of the season.
The 32-year-old former Cameroon international has been training with the club and has bags of experience having played in the Premier League with the likes of Reading and Burnley.
He will be available for selection for the vital away game against Coventry in midweek.
