PILGRIMS ‘JUST LIKE FINE WINE’
PLYMOUTH Argyle chairman James Brent is raising a glass to promotion but is already looking ahead.
Following back-to-back relegations from the Championship and League One, he assumed control in October 2011, taking the club out of administration.
After getting stuck in the EFL’s bottom tier, the Pilgrims are now going up.
“It’s the product of five years’ work from a lot of people who have really put their heart and soul into the club,” he said.
“I think 2016-17 has been a vintage year, but it feels like Argyle is a fine wine and has a lot further to go.”
