EX-LEYTON Ori­ent stars will get their boots on next Satur­day, May 20, for a fundrais­ing match.

The Leyton Ori­ent Fans’ Trust has ar­ranged a match be­tween the for­mer O’s and sup­port­ers to help raise money for their re­gen­er­a­tion fund.

On one side will be Lingy’s Le­gends, an al­ls­tar team man­aged by for­mer Ori­ent player, and pro­mo­tion-win­ning man­ager, Martin Ling. His team is set to in­clude the likes of Alan Com­fort, John Mackie, Dean Cox and Gary Alexan­der.

The sup­port­ers’ side will be man­aged by 80s star Steve Cas­tle.

The match takes place at Red­bridge FC’s ground, the Oak­side Sta­dium in Bark­ing­side, IG6 1NB (near Bark­ing­side tube sta­tion). Kick off is at 2pm. Ad­mis­sion will be pay on the day, at £5 for adults and just £1 for un­der-16s/se­nior ci­ti­zens.

LOFT’s re­gen­er­a­tion fund cur­rently stands at just over £155,000 to­wards a tar­get of £250,000, money which they hope will give them a say in the cri­sis-hit club’s fu­ture.
