DUN DEAL GIVES WILL BIG BOOST
SWINDON boss David Flitcroft believes young goalkeeper Will Henry is reaping the rewards of a loan spell at Dunstable.
The 19-year-old played once for the Robins this season before being sent out on a one-month deal, and received a call-up to the England Under-20s side this week.
“After Will’s first game for Dunstable, he’d conceded quite a few goals,” said Flitcroft. “He questioned it and we had a good chat. I told him that football replicates life, you are not always going to get what you want.
“Once he got his head round it, it’s been a really good loan opportunity.”
