Lee is new gaffer at Creetown
Creetown have appointed Lee Bass as their new boss.
He replaces Harry Fidler, who stood down as manager at the end of the season.
Lee has coached teams in the British Army and has also worked with teams in and around Dumfries.
Chairman Eric Houston told the club website: “We are over the moon to have Lee involved in the club.
“We have a history here of giving new managers and players the chance to show what they can do at this level.
“Lee is extremely keen to get started and the club believe with his past experiences this is the best appointment for us moving forward.
“Lee is a really dedicated individual and we are sure he can do a great job here at Castle Cary along with his newly formed coaching team.”
David McGeoch will be Lee’s assistant with Lassaad Sbitta also coming in as a coach to work with Rhuri Paton, Garry McKnight and Stevie Dorans.
The club has also announced this year’s Ben Herries Challenge will be on Saturday, June 30 and involve past and present Creetown and South players.
