— Soak the rice — Salt the fish

— Chop the salad in­gre­di­ents, (ex­cept av­o­cado and tomato), mix to­gether and re­frig­er­ate

— Make salad and fish dress­ings

— Blitz cau­li­flower and chop gar­lic for the rice

1 hour 30 min­utes

— Rinse and dry the fish, and leave cov­ered at room tem­per­a­ture

— Cook the lentils

1 hour

— Cook the rice to the recipe, and leave it to stand

30 min­utes

— Heat the grill

— Mix tomato and av­o­cado into the salad

15 min­utes

— Grill the fish

— Dress the salad

— Fluff the rice
