Straw­berry snifter

Makes 1 litre 1 good hand­ful straw­ber­ries (or other ber­ries such as rasp­ber­ries) Juice of 1 or­ange Juice of ½ le­mon Crushed ice or ice cubes 2 tsp sugar (or more, to taste)

Whizz up the ber­ries with the juices and ice, then add the sugar. If you want to make this into a straw­berry daiquiri, add a dash of white rum. Serve in a chilled cock­tail glass.
