Philip­pines threat to in­ter­na­tional court

11 Philip­pine pres­i­dent Ro­drigo Duterte threat­ened to ar­rest an in­ter­na­tional crim­i­nal court pros­e­cu­tor if she con­ducted ac­tiv­i­ties in the coun­try, ar­gu­ing it was no longer an ICC mem­ber so the court had no rights.

Duterte with­drew the Philip­pines from the ICC in March and said he would con­tinue his crack­down on drugs, in which thou­sands have been killed.
