Saudi-born journalist Miles reveals quite a different story in this wellwritten and even-handed account of theArab news channel. Miles tells the channel’s story fromits inception in 1996, right through to its explosion on to the global scene in spectacular fashion after 9/11. rhymes with “gay”, “storm” with “forlorn” and “hearts full of woe” are “lost in ameadow dotted with snow”.
