Warm re­cep­tion earns firm top ser­vice award

WE MAY live in a vir­tual world but real peo­ple on the end of a phone still count for a lot in busi­ness.

And one com­pany in Cum­ber­nauld un­der­stands this bet­ter than most. For the fourth year run­ning KBVO (Knowl­edge Base for Vir­tual Of­fices) has been named the most-loved tele­phone an­swer­ing ser­vice in the UK by The Best Of on­line busi­ness di­rec­tory.

Es­tab­lished a decade ago by hus­band-and-wife team Chris and Ali­son Munro, KBVO has clients in coun­tries such as Ja­pan, In­dia and the US. Its ser­vices in­clude phone an­swer­ing, di­ary man­age­ment, re­cep­tion ser­vices and a help desk. It also has part­ner­ships with e-com­merce busi­nesses with pick-and-pack op­er­a­tions.

The Best Of di­rec­tory, which lists more than 30,000 busi­nesses, judged tele­phone an­swer­ing ser­vices on tes­ti­mo­ni­als and client feed­back.
