Celestial views over capital
QUARTERMILE has announced the release of a new phase of apartments, continuing its commitment to breathe new life and energy into an historic Edinburgh city centre site.
The Celesta building in Edinburgh’s new urban quarter features a steel and glass exterior, giving each apartment full-height windows offering views across the capital from the upper levels.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the new phase comprises a selection of one-bedroom apartments, topped by a two-bedroom penthouse with large terrace.
Each apartment features contemporary open-plan spaces with bespoke fully fitted kitchens including reconstituted stone worktops and integrated appliances.
Large bedrooms include fitted wardrobes, providing plenty of storage space, and in shower rooms glass screens and reconstituted stone tiles add a touch of luxury, and are complemented by white sanitaryware.
Quartermile offers a range of contemporary accommodation alongside beautifully restored traditional buildings.
The 19-acre mixed-use development is taking shape with the second office building, Quartermile Two, and the public square at its heart now complete.
Two acres of lush green space has been freshly planted and Quartermile continues to emerge as one of Edinburgh’s most desirable places to live, relax and socialise. Pure Gym has recently opened at Quartermile One, providing residents with Edinburgh’s first 24-hour gym, right on their doorstep.
The development is already home to more than 200 residents. Prices start from £185,000.
