Keith agrees Over Lethame has been the “hap­pi­est home” for the fam­ily.

“We have man­aged to bal­ance the tra­di­tional with the mod­ern – I love pe­riod fea­tures, but I didn’t want a pe­riod bath­room,” he laughs.

“And there is still plenty of po­ten­tial for the new own­ers to make it their own, too. It’s the per­fect size of fam­ily home – not too big, but with plenty of room to ram­ble about.

“I’ll miss the views from the front room, and the coun­try lanes – you can cy­cle and run around here, in beau­ti­ful coun­try­side. We’re lucky to have lived here – Over Lethame has given us the best of all worlds.”

I love it in the snow, and in the spring when all the snow­drops and daf­fodils are out, and on warm, sum­mer evenings
