Youth admits flare prank at school
A TEENAGER has admitted letting off a smoke bomb that led to a school with 1,200 pupils being evacuated on the last day of term before exams. The flare set off the smoke alarm at Bo’ness Academy, West Lothian, on April 28 last year. Jack Marsters, 18, of Bo’ness, yesterday pled guilty at Falkirk Sheriff Court to culpable and reckless conduct. Sheriff John Mundy deferred sentence for reports.
