JPs top the Christmas tree
Christmas shoppers had a sense of irony, it seems. When Selfridge’s bookstore totted up its sales, the number one bestseller turned out to be “The Jewish Princess Cookbook”. Co-authors Georgie Tarn and Tracey Fine told the Diary they were “over the moon” at the news that they had topped the list. “I’ve always said that everyone should wake up to find a Jewish princess in their stocking,” said Ms Tarn.
