Miliband will visit Israel
FOREIGN SECRETARY David Miliband will be visiting Israel and the Palestine Authority this month, sources have told the JC.
Mr Miliband is expected to be in the region as Israeli and Palestinian diplomats prepare for the Washington-sponsored summit at Annapolis in Maryland.
The Foreign Secretary had told the JC at the Labour Party Conference in Bournemouth that he would visit Israel and the Palestinian-controlled areas before the end of the autumn.
He will follow in the steps of US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who has made seven visits to the region this year for talks with leaders from both sides.
