HOW’S MY EATING?

The Jewish Chronicle - - FEATURES -

FOOD IS one of the biggest loves of my life. If I can’t be eating or cooking, then I like to be talking about food! I always have to know what everyone’s been eating. Greens: Like broccoli, spinach and asparagus are usually in there. I’m away from home on tour at the moment and it’s really hard to eat well on the road. So when I get back I tend to crave super-healthy food and loads of green stuff. Tofu: My mum will laugh when she sees this, but I have become addicted to tofu and love to add it to soup and salad and stir fries. Smoked salmon: It will slip into the basket once in a while. Aubergine: This has recently overtaken spinach as my favourite vegetable. Matzah meal: Even though I make them so rarely, chicken soup with kneidlach and chicken schnitzel are hard-to-beat comfort foods.
