Police seek flasher who ‘had kippah’
DETECTIVES IN Salford have appealed to the strictly Orthodox community for help in trying to trace a kippah- wearing man who has indecently exposed himself in a park.
The man has been involved in at least two incidents in Mandley Park, Higher Broughton, in September and November, police say.
The man is white, aged between 30 and 40, about 5ft 7in tall, mediumbuilt, with short, dark hair and a closetrimmed dark beard.
He was described by witnesses as wearing a black suit and white shirt. On the first occasion, he was wearing a black skullcap, and on the second, a black hat with a rim.
Det Constable Wayne Glossop of Salford CID said: “We appeal to anyone who might know this man. It is important that he is prevented from engaging in this behaviour in what is a popular family recreation area.”
